The information of George Aggis< no role > This name instance is in set 18960. taken before me one
of his Majestys Justices of the Peace in and for the
said County the 2d: day of August in the year of our Lord
one thousand Seven hundred and Seventy

This Informant upon Oath saith that on Monday night last being in
bed at his Lodgings on Salt Petre Pack he heard some Persons
in the Street say in the Pistol charged with that he got out
of Bed and looked out of the Window, and saw James Simpson< no role >
and another person who had hold of a person who then lay on
the ground, saith he heard the said Simpson and the other
man or one of them say is the Pistol charged Shoot him
saith that he heard the said Person who lay on the Ground say
dont Kill me take all I have saith that Simpson or the
other person said to the said person who lay on the Ground run
your Buggar run, run for your Lifesaith that he Hen saw
the said person get up and run away and call out watch
