Who being upon Oath says that he keeps a
House at Hampstead
; that one Thomas Smith< no role >
now
in Custody, and a Woman he called his Wife, Lodged and
Boarded with this Informant about a Month for
which said Smith stood Indebted to this Informant
in the Sum of five Pounds and upwards; Says he
frequently asked said Smith for said Money in Vain; says
that he then took out a Wait to Arrest him says
that about eight o' Clock last Monday Morning
and before this Informant was up, said Smith
came to his House at Hampstead
, and paid him
the above mentioned Debt, telling him that he knew
that he this Informant had taken out a writ
against him says that said Smith came to his House
on Horse back
