Who being upon Oath says that this day five
Weeks at about four of the Clock in the afternoon as
he was attending his Master who was in a Chaise
he this Informant being on Horse back a single
Highway
man Mounted upon a grey Gelding stopt
his said Master near Finchley Church presented
a Pistol and demanded Money, says his said
Master said he wou'd not be robbed drove on
and thereby escaped days he has since seen a
Person who calls himself Thomas Smith< no role >
whom
he is very sure is the Person who assaulted his
Master as aforesaid with Intent to Rob him
