deced maketh oath That her said late husband was by Birth on
Irishman as She has been informed by him & believes & to her Knowledg [..]
or belief never did any Act to gain a Settlement in England That
She this Deponent long before her marriage with her said late
husband was lawfully married to one Thomas Allmeck < no role > of the
Upper Parish in the Town of kingston upon Hall in the County of
York who served his Apprenticeship there with one Mr. Chambers
a Merchant & afterwards rented a House there & was Charged to
and paid Poors Rates for the same & by means there of gained a legal
Settlement there & did not afterwards do any Act to gain a Settlemt.
of few here nor hath she this Deponent Since the death of either of
her said husbands lived as a hired servant for a year or done any
Acts to gain a Settlement for herself save her second marriage

that divers years ago She was hired & lived as a hired Servant
by the year with Adam Anderson< no role > in Churchyard Alley in the
Parish of St Botolph without Aldgate in the said County chandler
at Certain Wages & continued in such service for the space of three
years & by means thereof gained a leagal settlement there That
She has not Since lived as a hired Servant for a year nor was
was she ever Married nor hath She done any Act to gain and
Settlement.
