Thomas King< no role > maketh oath That divers years ago
he was duly bound Apprentice to one Emanuel Robinson< no role > of Church
yard alley in the parish of St Botolph without Aldgate in the said
County & Served the whole of his Apprenticeship there Save the
space of nine months or there abouts & then this Deponent was
presed on board a man of War & his Apprenticeship expired at
Sea That he this Deponent has not Since lived as a hired Servant
for a year or rented a house of Ten pounds a year or upwards or forced
any parish office or paid any Poors Rates or Kings Taxes or done any
Act to gain a Settlement Subsequent to his Apprenticeship.

maketh oath that Sometime ago her said husband was hired &
lived as a hired Covenant Servant by the year at Certain wages by
& with William Frost< no role > of Carey Street in the Parish of Saint
Clement Danes in the said County Taylor & Continued in Such
Service for the Space of two years & by means thereof gained a
legal Settlement there & did not afterwards do any Act to gain
another Settlement to her knowledge or belief nor hath She this
Deponent Since his Death done any Act to gain a Settlement for
herself & that She hath a Child named Sarah Jones< no role > aged about
four years the lawful Issue of this Deponent by her said
late husband to whom She was lawfully married.
