instead of Daniel Ferrand deced

Upon Reading the humble Petition of Susannah Eliza. Henrietta
Ferrand
< no role > Widow Relict & Extrix of Daniel Ferrand< no role > late of London Merchant
deced & Joseph Waters< no role > of London Gentleman as follows ViztThat
the Governors at a Court 17t. Novr. 1749 were pleased to Order a Lease
with Usual Covenants between the Govrs. their Tents. to be made to the
Petr. Terrands sd. of Mr. Levy ( & part of the Pessions of Bethlem Hospital)
for 21 Years Determinable on Notice one Year before the Expiration of the
first 11 Years to Comence from Xmas then next at £22 P Ann rent clear
of Taxes & to pay a Fine of £100 and to lay out £80 in Necessary Repairs
According to an Estimate the given & with has since been Lone.

But your Petrs. sd. Husband dyed before the sd. Lease was made having
by his will made the sd. Petr. Susannah reseduary Legatee a & Sele Extrix
thereof who has since proved the same in the Progative Court of Canterbury

That the Petr. Susannah has Agreed with the Petr Waters for
the Remr of the sd. Term now to come at & under the same Rents & Covents.
And praying a Lease may be made AccordinglyThis Court
doth Order That a Lease may be made to the Petitioner Waters as desired.

Upon Reading the humble Petn. of Thomas Curteis< no role > of
Wapping Brewer as follows VizThat the Petr holds (among other
things) a Messe or Tenement & Brewhouse on the Southside of Wapping
Street now in his own Occupation and another Tenement Eastward
thereof now in the Occupation of Mr. John Parker< no role > under a Lease (No. 1)
from the Govrs. dated the 1st. day of Novr. 1753 for the Term of 69 Years

That the Petr has Agreed with the sd. Mr. Parker to Demise to him
the said House in his Occupation for 51 Years from Lady day 1753And
praying the Govr. Lycence so to doThis Court doth give Lycence to the
said Mr. Thomas Curteis to Demise the sd. House to the sd. Mr. John Parker
as desired.

Upon Reading the humble Petition of Thos. Jernegan< no role > of the
Parish of St. Peter le poor London Carpenter as follows ViztThat by
Lease from the Govrs. dated 9th. Decr 1752 He holds a peice of Ground for
61 Years in Bishopsgate Street & Old Bethlem whereon he hath lately
built 7 Brick housesAnd praying the Governors Lycence to Demise
to Daniel Masemore< no role > one of the sd. Houses now in his Occupation
in Old Bethlem for 21 YearsAnd also to Assign to John Holmes< no role > Esqr
5 of the sd. Houses Vizt. The sd. House in Occupation of sd. Masemore a House
in Occupation of Abra Brabins< no role > a House in Occupation of Chas. Beddington< no role >
& 2 houses in Occupation of Jos. Austine< no role > & Richd. Austin< no role > his Son
Flax dressers for the residue of the sd. Term wch the Petr has therein to
comeAnd also to Assign to Saml Rogers< no role > 2 Houses in Old Bethlem
(now Empty) for the residue of the sd. Term with the Petr. has therein now
to comeThis Court haveing duly Weighed & Considered the sd. Petr.
Doth Order that the sd. Thomas Jernegan have the Lycence of this Court to
make such Demises & Assignment of the premes abovemend. as prayed.
