a Messe or Tenement he then Dwell in (No.2
) near hand Alley

Holborn
(part of the Possions of Bridewell Hospital) from Midsumer
1749 for 21 Years at £10 P Ann clear of Taxes & to pay a Fine
of £70And to lay out £68..5in Necessary Repairs
According to an Estimate then given.
That he did Accordingly lay out much more than that Sum
in the Necessary Repairs but before the sd. Lease was made he
Dyed having made his Will whereby (among other things) he gave the
sd. House & the Lease thereof to your Petnr. & the Survrs. of them & thereof

That your Petrs. proved the Sd. Will in Comon form in the Progated
Court of Canterbury but the other Extrix hath not Intermeddled therein
And praying that said Lease may he made to them for the
Remainder of the Term now to come they being ready to pay the sd.

Order that the sd Lease be made to the Petrs. as prayed.
