At this Court William Rundle< no role > was Ordered to be made free of the
City who Served his Apprenticeship to Thomas Keil< no role > one of the
Artsmasters by Indre dated 22d. Janry 1746

Upon Reading the humble Petition of James Emery< no role > Orrice Weaver
Setting forth that he Served his Apprenticeship to William Dell< no role > by Indre
dated 31st. July 1745 and by Order of Court 7th. June 1753 was made free of
this City and is Set up for himself at his own House in Featherstone street
near the Green Dragon And praying some part of Mr. Fowkes Gift Dr Richd.
Rawlinson
< no role > Mr. Deputy Bracee & Mr. John Forty< no role > or any two of them
are Desired to Enquire whether he be set up in his sd. Trade & of his
hopefullness therein & to Report to the Court.

Lease He agreed to take


Upon Reading the humble Petition of Catherine Booth< no role > (Widow
& Relict of Thomas Booth< no role > deced) and Frances Nelson< no role > Spinster two
of his Extrixes as follows ViztThat the sd. Thomas Booth< no role >
Agreed with the Governors to take a Lease with usual Covenants of
a Messe or Tenement he then Dwell in (No.2 ) near hand Alley in
Holborn (part of the Possions of Bridewell Hospital) from Midsumer
1749 for 21 Years at £10 P Ann clear of Taxes & to pay a Fine
of £70And to lay out £68..5in Necessary Repairs
According to an Estimate then given.

That he did Accordingly lay out much more than that Sum
in the Necessary Repairs but before the sd. Lease was made he
Dyed having made his Will whereby (among other things) he gave the
sd. House & the Lease thereof to your Petnr. & the Survrs. of them & thereof
Appointed your Petrs. & Mary Booth< no role > Extrixes

That your Petrs. proved the Sd. Will in Comon form in the Progated
Court of Canterbury but the other Extrix hath not Intermeddled therein
And praying that said Lease may he made to them for the
Remainder of the Term now to come they being ready to pay the sd.
Fine & Seal a Counter part of the sd. LeaseThis Court doth
Order that the sd Lease be made to the Petrs. as prayed.

At this Court the following Poor boys were Ordered to be put out Apprentices
