Wap (No 15) Not to be Leaced
till (No 16) Expird}


And Considering that the Lease of what Day and Bolton
bid for, together with a great Quantity of Ground Northward for which
no Proposal has yet been made will expire at Mids. & 1754 The
Comittee are of Opinion it will be Proper to let the whole go on
at the Old Rent of £50And also in regard that between the two
Wharfs Comprized in Isaacson Lease there is Square peice of
Ground whereon 4 Houses are built on the South side of Wapping Street
and let to John Allen< no role > at £10 P Ann on Lease (No. 16 ) which will
Expire in 10 years after IsaacsonsThis Comittee are of Opinion
it would be right for the Governors to dispose of the premes in
Isaacsons Lease for these 10 years as well as they can And then they
Apprenhend Great Advantage may be made of Disposeing of
the whole Ground and Houses Comprized in the Leaces (No. 15 & 16)
together without any Disadvantage in the mean timeAll
which is Submitted Etc

This Court having duly Weighted and Considered the sd Report
doth Confirm the same.

And this Comittee took into Consideration the Petition of Willm.
Coleman
< no role > and Mary< no role > his Wife Setting forth That Cornelius Tayler< no role > decd
AgreedAgreedto take a Lease of 3 houses on the South side of Wapping
Street (No 36 ) which he made into two) from Laday 1745 for 21 years
at £ 12 P Ann rent clear of Taxes and to pay a Fine of £200
which he paid and lay out £300 in Repairs which he also did
but dyed before a Lease was Executed having by his will made the
said Mary Coleman Extrix And therefore prayed the sd. Lease
might be made to the Petrs. Whereupon It was referred to the Comee
to enquire whether £300 has been laid out in RepairsAnd the
Comittee are of Opinion the same has been done And that a Lease
be made to the said William Coleman and Mary his wife Extras of the
said Cornelius Taylor for the Remainder of the Term now to come he
was to have therein All which is Submitted Etc

This Court having duly weighed and Considered the sd. Report doth
confirm the same And Order that a Lease be made to the said
William Coleman and Mary his wife Accordingly.

This Comittee also Considered the Proposal of Thos. Dyal< no role > (which he
now laid before them) to take a House at Wapping (No 15 ) from Xmas next
for one year certain & half a years Warning in the Condition it now is
and to pay at Bridewell £10 a year cons Quarterly clear of
Taxes And he being called in agen And not Offering any more The
Comittee are of Opinion to Accept the said Proposal All wch is Submitted to

This Court having duely Weighed & Considered the sd Report
doth Confirm the same.
