Idle Disorderly Woman and a Comon Street Walker & not
being able to give Satisfactory Account of herself

in Pursuance of an Order of Court the 24th. of November 1752
They had made Enquiry and found that Willm. Edwards< no role > Weaver who
Served his Apprenticeship in this Hospital to James Smith< no role > is
Set up for himself in his said Trade and has the Character of a Diligent
and SobermanIt is Ordered that the Steward do pay the sd.
William Edwards Ten Pounds out of Mr Locks Gift

Mr. Uppington Bracee< no role > and Mr John Forty< no role > Reported That
in Pursuance of an Order of Court the 24th of Novr. 1752 They had made
Enquiry and found that Joseph Crosfield< no role > Weaver who Served
his Apprentice in this Hospital to Willm. Philips< no role > is Set up for
himself in his said Trade & has the Character of a Diligent Soberman
It is Ordered That the Steward do pay the Sr. Joseph
Crosfield Ten Pounds out of Mr Locks Gift

Young Wm. £10 Locks gift


Mr. William Kindleside< no role > and Mr. Deputy Hodges Reported That
in Pursuance of an Order of Court the 19th. Janry 1753 They had
made Enquiry & found That William Young< no role > Pinmaker who
Served his Apprenticeship this Hospital to Jeffrey Gillingham< no role >
is Set up for himself in his said Trade and has the Character of a Diligent
& SobermanIt is Ordered That the Steward Do pay the sd.
William Young Ten Pounds act of Mr Locks Gift.
