1748/7 was made free of this City and is Set up for himself in
his said Trade at his own house in Castle Court
White Cross Street
but wants further Assistance And praying some part of Mr. Locks
Gift And Mr. President Reported that the Comitte had no
Objection It is Ordered That Mr. Deputy Wellington
