displeasure of the Governors in neglect of his duty in which he owns himself
guilty and next humbly begs the Governors prodonThat the Petr. is now
upwards of Sixty three Years of Age and has a Wife
and two Children to
provide for but is so greatly reduced in his Circumstances that unless the
Governors will be pleased to restore him to the place of Portersman
he and his
family must be thrown upon the parishThat the Petr. promises never to
offend the Governors in the like or any other manner againand
praying that the Governors will be pleased to restore him to his said place
