Eleanor Curry< no role > This name instance is in set 38970. Singlewoman Maketh oath that divers
Years ago She was bound apprentice by Indenture to
Thomas Coe< no role > of Eastsmithfield in the Parish of Saint John
Wapping in the County of MIddlesex Victualler for the Term of Seven
Years and Served Six Years and Seven Months of the
Said Term with her Said Master in the same Parish And
then this Depont. and her Said Master by Mutual Consent
Cancelled and burnt this Deponts. Indenture of apprenticeship
And thereby (as it was then understood between this Deponent
& her sd. Master) determined and Put an End to her said
Apprenticeship And this Deponent Says That She has not
Since been bound an Apprentice Nor lived as a hired Servant
for the Space of a Year in any one Service nor was ever
Married nor to her knowledge or belief hath She done any
Act to gain a Settlement Since her Apprenticeship.
