Wickham
< no role > deced maketh Oath That divers Years ago and
when a widow woman She this Depont. was hired and
lived as a hired Servant by the year with Daniel Roberts< no role >
in Red Cross Street in the Parish of St. Botolph without
Aldgate in the County of Middlesex Victualler and Continued
in Such Service for the Space of a year & upwards and by
Means thereof as She is advised gained a legal Settlemt.
there And this Depont. Saith that although She hath
been Since hired & lived as a hired Servant by the Year
yet She never Continued in any Such last menconed
Services for the Space of a year nor hath She Since
done any Act to gain a Subsequent Settlement And
this Depont. farther Saith That about five Months
ago a Ceremony or Pretended Ceremony of a Marriage
between her & one Thomas Farrell< no role > (who lately left
her & is gone to Places unknown to her) was Pronounce
by a Person (who this Depont. was informed was a) Romish
Priest in a Certain house in the Parish of Shoreditch
the County of Middlesex which Marriage or Pretended
Marriage this Depont. has been Since informed is of nor
force or effect in Law And lastly this Depont. Saith
that She is now with Child And that the said Thomas
Farrell

She now goeth and is Pregnant.
