that about Two Years and Eight Months ago
she was hired as a Servant by the Year
to Mr . [..] John King< no role > of Upper Eastsmithfield in
the Parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate
in the County of Middlesex Leather Cutter
at the Yearly Wages of Eight Pounds
and has continued in his Service under
Such hiring until this present time, and
that she never was Married.

be chargeable to the said Parish of St. Botolph
Without Aldgate And that John Halford< no role >
Apprentice to Mr . [..] John King< no role > of the said Parish
of St. Botolph without Aldgate Leather Cutter is
the Father of the said Bastard Child or Children.
