Examination Text | Ann Casbell aged about 35 years lodging at Mrs Walters in Bedfordbury in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields upon her oath saith that she never was married bound an apprentice kept house rented 10 pounds by the year or paid any parish taxes, but that she was a yearly hired servant to Mrs Charlot Ford a Mantua Maker the south side of Leicester Fields in the said Parish of St Martin in the Fields for the space of two years at the yearly wages of 4 pounds diet and lodging, quitted the same about 10 years ago and hath not been a yearly hired servant in any one place for 12 months together since. Sworn the ninth day of October 1750 before James Fraser. |
