Examination TextJane Lawlor aged 22 years and upwards lodging with her sister who lodges at a Hosier's the corner of St Martin's Court in St Martin's Lane in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields upon her oath saith that she never was married bound an apprentice kept house rented tenement of 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes nor ever was a yearly hired servant, that she was born in Church Lane in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields, that her Father Loftus Lawlor (who has been dead three years and upwards) was a Bookseller by trade and lived in and rented an house in the Church Yard in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields aforesaid for the space of 10 years at the yearly rent of 20 pounds besides taxes and there died. Sworn the 13th Day of August 1750 before James Fraser, Edward Ashe.
