| Examination Text | Elizabeth Wyche aged 56 years and upwards passed from the Parish of St Giles in the Fields to the Parish of St Martin in the Fields upon her oath saith that she never was married, that she lived in and rented an house in that part of Little St Martin's Lane which is in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields aforesaid for the space of 12 years at the yearly rent of 20 pounds besides taxes, that she hath not kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes nor been a yearly hired servant in any one place for 12 months together since she quitted the aforesaid house. Sworn the 17th Day of November 1762 before Benjamin Cox. |
