Examination TextSarah Grimson aged 34 years destitute of lodging upon her oath saith that she is the widow of John Grimson (who died about two months ago) to whom she was married at St Edmunds Bury in the County of Suffolk about six years ago, that her said husband hath informed this Examinant that he served seven years apprenticeship to a mason (but his master's name she hath forgot) near St Martin's Church in St Martin's Lane in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields, to which effect her said husband made affidavit at Yarmouth, that her said husband never kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes nor was a yearly hired servant in any one place for 12 months since the expiration of his said apprenticeship to this Examinant's knowledge, nor hath she this Examinant since the death her said husband. Sworn the 22nd Day of October 1766 before Peter Planck.
