| Examination Text | Murdoch Campbell aged 31 years lodging at No.1 in Burleigh Court in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields in the liberty of Westminster on his oath saith that he is a Taylor by trade and lived in and rented an house in Little Suffolk Street in the Parish aforesaid for the space of one year and an half at the yearly rent of 30 pounds besides taxes, quitted the same four years ago, that he hath not kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year in England nor paid any parish taxes since, that he was married to his present wife Catherine in the Parish Church of St. George Bloomsbury in the County of Middlesex the sixth day of May in the year 1779, by whom he hath three children to wit Charles aged four years and upwards, Elizabeth aged three years the 17th instant and William aged about 10 months all now with him.
