| Examination Text | Anne Cole aged 40 years and upwards in the workhouse of and in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields upon her oath saith that she never was married, that she was a yearly hired servant to Mrs Pullin a [Tichere] Shop next the Sun Ale House the upper end of Vine Street in the Parish aforesaid for the space of 18 months all under one hiring at the yearly wages of 5 pounds diet and lodging, that she quitted the said service about Christmas last, that she hath not kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year nor paid any parish taxes since.
