| Examination Text | Ann Chapman aged 29 years passed from the Parish of St. James within the Liberty Westminster to the Parish of St Martin in the Fields within the same Liberty upon her oath saith that she never was married, that she was a yearly hired servant to Mr Rowbotham Hair Dresser in Spring Gardens in the said Parish of St Martin in the Fields for the space of one whole year and upwards all under one hiring at the yearly wages of 6 pounds diet and lodging, quitted the same about four years ago, that she this Examinant hath not kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes nor been yearly hired servant in any one place for 12 months together since.
