Examination TextMary Fagg aged 26 years now servant to Mr Howell at the Red Lyon near Charing Cross in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields upon her oath saith that she never was married, that she was a yearly hired servant to Mr Birch an Engraver in that part of Warwick Street by Charing Cross which is in the in the Parish of St James within the Liberty of Westminster for the space of one year and 11 months all under one hiring at the yearly wages of six Guineas diet and lodging, quitted the same about one year ago, that she hath not kept house rented a tenement of 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes nor been yearly hired servant in any one place for 12 months together since. Sworn the first Day of March 1776 before John Hale, Thomas Bullard.
