Examination TextSarah Mullett aged 71 Years upon her Oath saith that she is the Widow of William Mullett who died in May 1761 and to whom she was Married at the Parish Church of Saint Martin in the ffields in the Year 1744 that her said late Husband was a Staymaker by Trade & lived in & rented a House in Red Lion Court Russel Court in the said Parish of St Martin in the ffields for the space of Nine Years at the Yearly Rent of Ten Guineas & paid all Taxes quitted the same about 32 Years ago since which he never rented a Tenement of Ten pounds by the year paid any Parliamentary or Parochial Taxes not done any Act whereby to gain any subsequent Settlement nor hath she this Examinant since the death of her said late Husband. // Sworn this 21 day of January 1788 before John Collick // [signed Sarah Mullett] // LAW // P
