Examination TextHenry Monk aged thirty three Years lodging in three King Court in Shandois Street Saith he was bound an Apprentice by Indenture for seven Years to one Evan Lloyd a Shoemaker in Charles Court in the parish of St Martin in the ffields whom he there served three Years and an half that his Master then failing went away and left him this Examinant to provide for himself and that he never was turned over to any other Person never kept house rented ten Pounds by the year paid any parish Taxes or was a yearly hired Servant that he was marryed to Anne his wife at the ffleet five or six years ago but hath no Child by her that they have not lived together these three years Sworn the Day of January 1737 Before me}
