Examination TextJoseph Brown aged sixty four years (in the Workhouse) Saith he is by Trade a Looking Glass Polisher and kept House of ten pounds yearly Rent for the Space of three Years in Kings Court in Russell Street in the Parish of St Martin in the ffields and that he was rated ten shillings to the Poor and paid the same Mr Henry Pritchard who was then one of the Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish that he quitted the said House seventeen Years ago and never kept any house rented ten pounds by the year paid any parish Taxes or during his being a Widower and being without Children was a yearly hired Servant the Space of a year in any one Service Saith that having been a widower for two years he wqas marryed to Eleanor his new wife at the ffleet Chapell about a year since that she is lately delivered in the workhouse of this Parish of a male Child since christened Joseph aged above a week Sworn the
