Examination TextWestminster Ann Ball aged twenty five years passd from St James Westminster Saith she is the wife of Thomas Ball gone from ever since the seventh Day of June last to whom she was marryed at the ffleet about five years ago and hath one Child by him to wit Anne aged four years Saith they kept a House together in Hedge Lane in the parish of St Martin in the ffields for the Space of a twelvemonth and paid twelve pounds yearly Rent besides parish Taxes and quitted it about Michaelmas three years since and that he never took any other House rented ten pounds by the year or paid any parish Taxes afterwards that he had been a Widower almost a Year before she marryed with him and hath now by ffrances his then late Wife two Children now living ( to wit ) ffrances aged about eight Years now with her and Mary aged about Six Years now with her Husband's Brother in Law John Blaythorne in Compton Street
