Examination Text | Martha Wilcox aged Thirty Years in the Workhouse Saith she is the Widow of James Wilcox who died Fifteen Months ago to whom she was marryed at the Vine near the ffleet Chapell about Twelve Years ago but hath no Children living Saith he was bound by an Indenture for seven years Apprentice to one Martin a Waterman at the Swan at Hungerford Stairs in the Parish of Saint Martin inthe ffields and there served his said Master all the Time for which he was bound and hath never been a yearly hired Servant Housekeeper or rented the Value of Ten Pounds by the Year since nor she since her Husband's Decease Sworn the day of 173 Before |
