Examination Text | Sarah Ball aged upwards of Fourty Years (in the Workhouse) past from the Parish of SSt Nicholas in the Borough of Warwick saith she was never marryed was bound an Apprentice by Indenture for three Years to one Deborah Marshall a Mantuamaker in Long Acre and that during all the Time her Mistress provided her with Lodging and all Necessarys pursuant to the Tenour of the said Indentures And that since the Expiration of her Apprenticeship she never was a yearly hired Servant never kept House rented ten Pounds by the Year or paid any Parish Taxes Sworn the Day of 1734 past fr Warwick |
