Examination TextElizabeth Smith aged about 37 years lately lodging at one Mr Mr Hollinshead a Hatter in Exeter Street in the parish of St Paul Covent Garden now in the Workhouse of this parish Saith she is the wife of Robt Smith a Staymaker to whom she was married at the Chappel in the fleet about 19 years agoe and that her said Husband Served his whole apprenticeship to one Mr Weeby a Staymaker in Peters Court in St Martins Lane as she hath heard him say and that she was married to him before the expiracon of his Appreniceship Saith they never kept House that she never kept hath four Childr by her said Husband Vizt.William aged 19 an apprentice in fleet Street Mary 11 born in Queen Street by great Russel Street in St Giles Elizabeth 3 year born in plumtree Street St Giles and James aged 3/4 of a year born at her late lodgings at Exeter Street Jurat die Augusti anno domini 1732 Coram me
