Examination TextAnne Clinkard aged 27 years removed from the Parish of St Andrew Holborn above the Bars in the County of Middlesex saith that she is the wife of Thomas Clinkard (gone from her three months and where he now is knoweth not), that she was married him at St Mary Overies Church in Southwark nine years ago, that she hath one child by him to wit Luke aged near eight years now with a relation in Martin's Lane near Clerkenwell Green, that her said husband was bound an apprentice by indenture for seven years to one Mr Beard, a Coach Wheelwright in Hedge Lane in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields where and with whom he served his whole time, and that she was married to him within a year after the expiration of his apprenticeship and was acquainted with him above a year before, and that he never kept house rented 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes or was a yearly hired servant afterwards.
