Examination Text | Mary Jones aged 23 years lodging at Mrs Young's in Langley Street in this Parish saith she never was married, that she was bound apprentice by indenture for seven years by the Trustees of the Charity School to Mr Thomas Millington deceased near Ivey Bridge in the Strand whom she served there the whole time which expired about eight years ago and never was a yearly hired servant kept house rented 10 pounds by the year or paid any parish taxes since. Sworn the 15th May 1738 before Val Hilder. |
