Examination TextEuphenia Bearfoot aged 37 years removed from St Saviour Southwark saith she is the wife of Edward Bearfoot (who has been gone from her a month and where he now is knows not), that she was married to him at St Olave's Church in Southwark 14 years ago and has three children by him to wit Edward aged 13 years, Jane upwards of eight years and Sarah aged two years, that her said husband is a Glass Grinder and served his time to his uncle, Henry Bearfoot who kept the sign of the Cork in Long Acre between Phenix Alley and Leg Alley in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields, and that since the expiration of his time he never took any house rented 10 pounds per ann. paid any parish taxes or was a yearly hired servant.
