Examination TextRobert Dolson aged 11 years in the workhouse saith he never was bound apprentice, that his father Thomas Dolson (who hath been dead two years) is by trade a Blacksmith and lived in and rented a house in Castle Street behind Long Acre near the Sun alehouse, Mr Brown's, in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields and paid 15 pounds per ann., rented the same for several years and died therein, and that his mother Ann Dolson kept the said house about half a year after his father's death, and then the landlord seized her on goods which is about half a year ago and she hath not kept any house rented 10 pounds per ann. or paid any parish taxes since.
