Examination TextElizabeth Tomlinson aged 26 years lodging at one Mr Tucker in Castle Street Long Acre in the Parish of St Martin in the Fields saith she is the wife of John Tomlinson (who has been gone from her between seven and eight months) to whom she was married at St Martin's Church eight years ago, that he was a Coach Spring and Joynt Maker by trade and served his time with one Mr Herrod in Dirty Lane in Long Acre in the said Parish of St Martin in the Fields which expired eight years ago, since which time he never kept house rented 10 pounds by the year paid any parish taxes nor was a yearly hired servant, that she hath no child. Sworn the 13th Day of December 1744 before James Fraser.
