Resolved that each Gentleman present take 25 Names
off the Book and enquire at the place of Abode therein
described if they are really Inhabitants and what family
they have and report the Result of their enquiries and if
they are actually Objects who should receive Relief that
the following Mark be placed against their Name
if they are doubtful the following

Resolved that the several Gents present will
take the Tickets allotted to 25 Persons who shall be
approved and that they will deliver the same to such
Poor Persons at their Habitations and inform them
that they may Apply in future on Tuesday and Thursday
Morning at the Vestry for their Tickets as it will ease
the business of the Committee in the Evening and give
them time to examine into new and dubious Applications
