That Mr Oddy the Churchwarden be
Treasurer of the said Subscription.

That the said Committee be open to all
Subscribers & do meet every Tuesday and
Thursday at 6 o'Clock in the Evening at
the Vestry Room to deliver Tickets & Transact
any business that may arise & from 4 to 6
o'Clock every Thursday Afternoon to pay
for such as have been delivered

That no Tickets be delivered or any
Part of the Fund be distributed but
in the Vestry Room at the Public
meetg of the Committee

That the Books of Subscription
received & the Expenditure of them
lay open in the Vestry Room for the
inspection of every Inhabitant.
