The Account of Mr. Saml. Oddy Upper Churchwn
of this Parish from Easter 1794 to this day was finally
Settled Signed & allowed & the Vouchers produced and
examined when there appeared to be due to Mr. Oddy the
sum of £65..16..1 which was Ordered to be Paid to him

At this meeting Mr. John Willis< no role > and Mr. John
White were duly Elected Churchwardens for the year
ensuing

Mr. John Willis< no role > now took the Chair
Resolved unanimously that the Thanks of this
Meeting be given to Mr. Saml. Oddy< no role > the late Churchwarden
for his Services while in Office
