The Minutes of the last meeting Read & confirmed
Mr. Francis Braven< no role >
being Summoned for placing
several things on the foot Pavement in Carey and
Portugal Streets so as to occasion an Obstruction or
Annoyance and appearing and Promiseing to
keep good Order in future this Committee did
not proceed further therein
Read the Return of the Inspector of Paving
also of the four Inspectors of Lamps. Ordered that the
Contractor be Summoned for the next Board night
The Collector returning that Mr. Griffin late of
Clements Lane has refused or neglected Payment of £5..3s-4d
Mr. Lingham of £10-16s..8d Mr. John Lloyd< no role >
of £9..0s:10d and
Mr. George Burnett< no role >
of £7..15s:0d for which they have been
severally Summoned Ordered that unless Payment
be forthwith made the Magistrates be requested to
grant Warrants of Distress
Read a Petition of the Beadles as Inspectors of
Lamps Ordered that the Committee be specially Summoned
thereon
