and Lighting this Parish Etc held in the
Vestry Room the 16th- day of May 1800

Mr.Akroyd being Summoned and Attending
in pursuance thereof for that he had without the
consent of the Committee incroached upon the Foot
Pavement in Clements Inn Passage
not only by taking
the same up but by laying down an Iron Grate and
he acknowledging the Impropriety of the same and
Promiseing to put the same into such State as the
Inspector shall direct this Committee thereupon
stayed any further Proceeding
Read an Advertisement from this Committee in
the Oracle and Daily Advertiser which has been Published
several times therein for Contractors to deliver in at this
time and place proposals for Cleansing the Streets and other
Places for One Two or three Years at the Option of this
