she Intermarried with John Norther< no role > at the Parish
Church of South Kirby in Yorkshire that her said
Husband has been dead about Nine years that
her said late Husband lived as a hired yearly
Servant with Edward Dickens< no role > of Lincolns Inn
Fields whilst a Singleman that he Slept during
the whole time over the Stables in Portugal Street
in the Parish of Saint Clement Danes and that
after he quitted said service he never did any Act to
gain a subsequent Settlement And further this
Examinant upon her Voluntary Oath saith that
she is pregnant with Child or Children which is
or are likely to be born a Bastard or Bastards &
to become Chargeable to the said Parish of Saint
Clement Danes That one Christopher who lives a
Servant with a Mr. Jones in Half Moon Street in
whose Sir Name she does not know is the father thereof
he having had Carnal knowledge of this Examinant
Body and begotten the said Child or Children of which she is so pregnant
thereon and that the said Christopher and no other
Person did beget the same and that he is the only
Real and true father thereof.
