was delivered of a female Bastard Child at her
father house in Great Shire Lane in the Parish
of Saint Clement Danes which hath since been
half baptized by the Name of Harriot That
one William Perks< no role > a Writer who lodges at No.
6 Plough Court Fetter Lane is the father
thereof he having had Carnal knowledge of
this Exainants Body and begotten the
same thereon and that the said William
Perks< no role > is the only real and true father
thereof
