to wit Elizabeth Pearman< no role > This name instance is in set 627. This set is in the group(s): MothersCD . aged about 28
years upon her Oath saith that she never was
married that she lived as a hired yearly Servant
with one Mr. Harris who kept the Three Tuns in
Clare Markett in the Parish of Saint Clement Danes
for aboutThirteen Months and upwards at the
yearly Wages of Six Pounds that she hath quitted
said Service about Five years since which time she
hath not lived as a hired yearly Servant for Twelve
Months Rented any house Tenement or Lodging of
Ten Pounds a year paid Taxes or done any Act to gain
a Subsequent Settlement And further this Examinant
upon her Voluntary Oath saith that she is pregnant
with Child or Children which is or are likely to be
born a Bastard or Bastards and to become chargeable
to the said Parish That one Samuel Hill< no role > who lives
Servant with Coll. Harridge in Rathbone Place is
the father thereof he having had carnal knowledge
of this Examinants Body and begotten the said
Child or Children of which she is so pregnant as
aforesaid thereon and that the said Samuel Hill< no role >
is the only real and true father thereof
