St Clemt. Danes

Elizth. Flood< no role > aged 19 Years or thereabouts
upon her Oath saith That she never was
Married, That she lived as an hired yearly
Servant with Mr. Brown of Clement Inn
in the Parish of St Clemt. Danes for twelve
Months at the yearly wages of £4 that
she quitted same about 4 Months ago since
which time she has gained no subsequent
settlement and this Examinant upon her
Voluntary Oath further saith, That she
is pregnant with Child or Children which
is or are likely to be born bastard or
bastards which is or are likely to be b
& to became Chargeable to her said Parish
of St. Clemt. Danes She being poor & unable
to Maintain the same when born and that
one James Walker< no role > a Journeyman shoemaker
who did live in Bell Yard is the father
thereof he having has Carnal knowledge of
this Examinants body sometime in the Month
of February last & at several times since
at one of which times he did beget the
same & that the said Jas. Walker< no role > & no one
else did beget the same
