Wm. Salter< no role > aged upwards of 60 Years upon Oath
says he Rented a house in Bell Yard in the Parish of
St. Margaret in the City of Westminster for 3 Years
at the Yearly Rent of Nine Pounds and paid the
Poors Rate for said house and hath Quitted same
about Ten years and further saith that sometime
in the Month of March 1758 he was Removed by an
Order under the hands and seals of two of his
Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City and
Liberty of Westmr . from the Parish of St. Martin
in the fields in the said Liberty of Westmr . to the
said Parish of St. Margaret as the Place of his last
legal Settlement which Order was not Appealed
against.
