Square at the Hand of James Walmslay< no role >
the Sign of the Green Man in Green Street
before Anthony Gell< no role > his Majesty's
Coroner for the sd. City & Liberty touching
the Death of Anne Smith< no role > then &
there lying dead as follow.
To Wit

Susanna Crittenden< no role > of No. 9 Green Street
Grosvenor Square being sworn deporeth that
she has lodged six Years in the House of Mr. Reynolds
No. 9 where the deceased her likewise lodged for the same
Space of time, That the deceased has been very
unwell for a considerable time last past
and been in great pain at different times
and her at times been very low spirited
and dejected and frequently talked in a very
odd Way that at ten o'Clock last Night
this Deponent was in the Room where the
deceased slept and suppd with her which
she used frequently to do when she appeared in
as low Spirits as usual but from what Cause
