Hospital where they landed and went to the
three Crowns where they had some Tea Etc
and after Staying there about an hour
they came again into his Boat and as
he was rowing the Boat back again
towards London when they had arrived
opposite Duke Shore, he thinks [..] that
Mr. Windus was looking towards the
Shore on the Surry Side he heard Mrs.
Mc. Kenzie Shrick out and he just saw
her Petticoats at the [..] Surface of the
Water, and she imonerged in the Water
and never rose to the Surface again.
This Deponent further sayeth that he
heard that a Fisher man Waterman found the deced
this morning near Cuck holds Paint
and brought her up [..] ey Bridge from
whence she was Conveyed hither
That for about 20 Minutes before the
Accident happen'd she was learning out
the Boat side and putting her Arm
frequently into the Water which Mr
Windus desired her not to do,

That when the Accident had happen'd this
this Deponent stopd his Boat upon as he could and
searched for her but in vain and then he went
along side another Boat and they got Graplings
and Mr. Windus & this Deponent & otherstryed
searched in the River for 3/4 of an hour but
could not meet with the deceased the Water
being there about 10 feet deep.

This Deponent is of opinion that the accidentally
fell over board and was drowned
