on the Eleventh day of June in the Year aforesaid, out of and through a
certain Window in the Dwelling House of Dr.

Saville Row, at the said Parish of Saint James within the Liberty and
County aforesaid, at the Heighth of three Story's unto the Ground, did cast and
throw herself by means whereof the said

did then and there
receive divers mortal Fractures and Bruises in and upon the left Thigh
and left Ancle of her the said

of which said mortal Fractures
and Bruises she the said

then and there instantly died.
And so the Jurors aforesaid upon theirs Oath aforesaid do say, that the

but Lunatic and distracted in manner and by the means aforesaid did
kill herself
In Witness whereof as well the said
Coroner as the said Samuel Hawes Foreman at the said Jurors, on

have to this Inquisition set their Hands and Seals the Day Year
