by his right hand to wake him, and formed him quite Cold
and Dead, Deponent directlysaidsent for Mr. Michelson a
Surgeon who come and saw him, and said he had been Dead
Some Hours Deponent acquainted the Prisoners in the
adjoining Room immediately who got up and come into the
Deceaseds Roomthe Deceased had drank a Bottle of Water
up during the Night, and Deponent did not see any Marks
of violence whatsoever about the Body of the Deceased, and
Deponent is of opinion that the Deceased Died a Natural Death.

Deceased on her Oath saith, that the last time she saw the
Deceased her Husband was on Friday Evening last, when
he appeared to be perfectly well in Health, says the
Deceased was very subject to violent Coughs and the
Rising of the Lights, and he has several times been in
danger of being choaked and suffocated in consequence
thereof, and once in particular believes he would have
Died of she had not given immediate assistance by striking
him several times on the back, Deponent says there
are no marks of Violence on the Deceased's Body, and
She verily believes he must have Died a Natural Death.
