of St. Margaret within the Liberty
of Westmr . in the County of Midsex
upon an Inquisition touching
the death of Thomas Gillingham< no role >
lying dead in the said Parish
Liberty and County.

Street in the Parish of St. James Westmr.
on his Oath saith That on Friday or Saturday
last who see night Thomas Gillingham< no role > the Deced was at work
in the House, of Messr. Stanger & Griffin, the
Deced to Carpenter had been doing something to a
China Closet, and was putting up a Shelf
in the Scullery Says that Dept. was giving
through the Scullery when Dept. told him
that he had fallen downuponacross he
Back of a Chair and hurt his private
Parts very much That he was standing
upon a Capper and a Bracket when he
fell, Says that the Deced appeared to
be in great Pain, and Dept. gave him
a Glass of Brandy Says that there was
no Person near the Deced when he fall
down as Dept. believes, Says that last
[..] Friday Dept. was informed that the Decd
was at the Westmr. Hospital and Yesterday heard
that he died there, and believes that his
fall was merely Accidental.
