him up Stairs to his own Room on the
First Floor, Says that the Deced reced of
Wound on the right side of the Read which
did bleed, and the Nose likewise bled, Says that
the Deced Groaned much and saith something
which Dept. did not understand, Says that
the Deced died this Morning a little
before Three [..] o'Clock viz consequence of
the hurt he reced by throwing himself
out of the Window, and Says that the
Deceased was Disordered in his Mind.

Surgeon on his Oath saith, That Yesterday,
Morning the thirteenth Instant this Dept. was
desired to come to the Deced about three o'Clock. That
he went immediately to the Deced and found
that he had reced a Wound on the right side
of his Head a little above the Temple , and that
he bled much at the Nose That on farther
Examination he found the Skull much
Injured, That he Dressed [..] Bled the Deced
and Ordered them to Inform Sir George Baker< no role >
in the Morning, That Sr. George sent Mr.
Gunning the Surgeon, Lord on their Examng.
the Deced's Head they bund a large Fracture
in the Fore part of the Skull which was
the Cause of the Deced's death.
